Boardroom ReleaseSelf-Coached Author Goes From Inactive to a Filmed 1,097.5-Pound Leg Press on Standard Gym Machines
Michael Hallier went from an inactive baseline on June 12, 2024 to his first leg press over 1,000 pounds in 635 days. Eight days later he filmed 1,097.5 pounds for three repetitions. All of it was done on standard commercial gym machines, and the method is published in The Hyperdensity Matrix Protocol.

“Most people train in commercial gyms with the same machines I used. I wanted to find out how far a disciplined, logged system could take someone on that equipment. The books are the answer to that question.” — Michael Hallier
